Monthly SEO Plans
Most SEO gets sold on vague promises. I'd rather show you my own numbers.
Earlier this year I audited my own website.
57,300 impressions over three months, 38 clicks.
Average position 36, page four, while every client site I managed sat between 13 and 26.
The obvious diagnosis was bad titles. That was wrong. What was actually happening: one broad query I could never win made up 37% of my impressions, several of my "position 1" rankings weren't real rankings at all, my blog was competing against itself across 23 near-duplicate posts, and my homepage linked to six URLs, none of them a location page.
I fixed it and published the whole thing, including the embarrassing parts.
That's the standard I hold your reporting to.
Why Ongoing
A one-time SEO project is a snapshot. It fixes what's broken today and then slowly stops being true.
Google changes. Competitors publish. Your rankings drift. Someone on your team edits a page and removes a title tag without knowing what it did. Reviews go stale, and in the local pack, review freshness is weighted heavily, so standing still is the same as sliding backward.
Ongoing work exists because local search is a position relative to your competitors, and they don't stop.
Every Tier
Regardless of which tier you're on.
Rankings, traffic, calls, and form fills, plus what I changed and whether it worked. Including when it didn't.
Posts, photos, Q&A, category and attribute accuracy, and review monitoring. For most local businesses this moves more than the website does.
Broken links, missing meta descriptions, page speed, crawl errors, and structured data. I catch regressions before they cost you.
Not an account manager relaying messages to a contractor. The person doing the work is the person you email.
Cancel any month. If the work isn't producing, you shouldn't be locked in.

Start with PartnerMonth One
The first month isn't maintenance. It's the audit: a full crawl, query-level analysis of your actual Search Console data, competitor comparison, and a prioritized list of what's costing you.
Then we fix the biggest things first. Most sites have something significant and unglamorous wrong: pages competing with each other, a broken internal link structure, a Google Business Profile with the wrong category. Those get handled before anything else.
You get the audit findings whether or not you continue past month one.
Straight Talk
Nobody can. Anyone who does is either lying or planning to rank you for terms nobody searches.
Google Business Profile changes can move within weeks. Organic ranking work is three to six months. Anyone promising faster is selling something else.
It usually isn't. My own site got measurably worse from publishing more, 23 posts competing over four topics. Deleting most of them was the fix.
Common Questions
Any month, for any reason. You keep everything produced while you were a client.
Fine. I do SEO on almost any platform, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, and most others. The one exception is a fully custom-coded website built on its own framework. Without the original developer, those are slow and risky to work on, so those I turn down.
Yes. Local SEO work is location-specific but doesn't require me to be in your city.
Then buy just the audit. A one-time audit is $100, the full crawl, your Search Console data analyzed query by query, a competitor comparison, and a prioritized list of what's actually costing you. If you go on to a monthly plan afterward, that $100 comes off your first month.
No. One client per industry per market. If you're a roofer in Grand Rapids, I won't take another Grand Rapids roofer while you're a client.
Agencies put an account manager between you and the person doing the work. I'm a Wix Legendary Partner who has built 200+ sites, and I'm the one doing your work. The tradeoff is honest: I take fewer clients, so I'm sometimes booked.
I'll tell you what your numbers actually say. And whether a monthly plan makes sense for you at all. Sometimes it doesn't.
